Tēnā koutou katoa,
As we wrap up for the year, it's timely to reflect on what has been a full, fast-paced and genuinely rewarding twelve months. Our cheeky 'Spotify Wrapped' style recap below (thanks James!) captures it well. From packed events and strong advocacy, to new partnerships, fresh ideas and plenty of engagement with you all, 2025 has been a successful year for our Chamber.
None of this happens without people. I would like to sincerely thank my team for their dedication, professionalism and ongoing support to our members throughout the year. I would also like to acknowledge Rose as she concludes her contract as RBP Growth Advisor. Rose has made a valuable contribution to our work and, while she is stepping out of the role, she will not be a stranger and will continue to be involved in a consulting capacity in the future.
I would personally like to thank Tracey, our outgoing Chair, for her leadership, support and generous mentorship as I complete my first year in the role. Her steady guidance, encouragement and belief in the organisation have made a real difference, and I am very grateful.
To our members, thank you for your continued engagement, trust and willingness to show up, speak up and contribute. You are what gives this organisation its energy and relevance, and it has been a privilege to work alongside you throughout the year.
As we head into the festive season, I wish you all a safe, relaxing and happy break with time to recharge and enjoy those closest to you. I look forward to reconnecting in the new year and building on the strong foundations we have laid, with optimism and ambition for a prosperous 2026.
