And yet, most leaders are never actually taught how to handle the people side of the role.
This workshop is designed for leaders and people managers who want to deepen their understanding of what drives behaviour at work, and how to respond in ways that build trust, clarity, and confidence in their teams.

Dr Bex Bell is a leadership and high-performance coach, speaker, and founder of Remix Coaching. With a PhD in psychology and a background in forensic and applied behavioural science, her work focuses on helping leaders navigate the human side of performance, especially in high-pressure environments.
Bex works with leaders across New Zealand who are capable in their roles but often feel stuck when it comes to the tricky parts of managing people, handling difficult conversations, and staying steady under pressure.
Her approach blends evidence-based psychology with practical, real-world tools leaders can use to help them understand behaviour, communicate effectively, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
