Management & Leadership Training with Liz Webb

New or moving into a leadership role or looking for some personal development and support in your current role?

Join Liz Webb from Practics for a three month core management skills course, with support and accountability in a group setting to help implement your learnings.

You’ll come away with practical tools that you can start implementing in your work right away. Includes how to have those hard conversations, make informed decisions to prioritise your effort, and track your success, time management, prioritisation skills and LEAN principles.

WHEN:

First session is a half-day workshop Tuesday 3 September 2024, 9.00am to 1.00pm

Remaining 11 sessions are held weekly on Tuesdays, 9.00am - 10:30am

To register for the Management & Leadership Training Course:

  1. Fill in the online registration form with your personal and payment details.
  2. If you are a Chamber member, ensure you select the member pricing option.
  3. Submit the registration form. You will receive a confirmation email with further details.
  4. Attend the first session on Tuesday 3 September 2024, at the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce, Level 1, 6 Scott Street, Blenheim.
