The Institute of Directors, Marlborough Chamber of Commerce and the Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Forum are pleased to bring you a session focusing on what you can do to re-focus or build on the work underway to support the health, safety and wellbeing of your people, stakeholders and yourselves. 

Executive Director Francois Barton will discuss the Forum’s world-leading resources, the CEO Guide to Mental Wellbeing at Work, and the Protecting Mental Wellbeing Guide, which gives leaders and organisations the opportunity to consider what work-related mental harm is really happening in an organisation, and provides a solution to enable the work to be re-designed to protect people from those risks. 

He will also talk you through how business leaders and directors can support their teams and workers right now in an ongoing pandemic environment.
