Management & Leadership Training with Liz Webb

Join Liz Webb from Practics for a three month core management skills course, with support and accountability in a group setting to help implement your learnings.

You’ll come away with practical tools that you can start implementing in your work right away. Includes how to have those hard conversations, make informed decisions to prioritise your effort, and track your success, time management, prioritisation skills and LEAN principles.

WHEN:

First session is a half-day workshop Tuesday 3 September 2024, 9.00am to 1.00pm

Remaining 11 sessions are held weekly on Tuesdays, 9.00am - 10:30am
