The service we deliver is a comprehensive program on how to create a Business Plan with accompanying Financial Model. The Business Owners will receive Editable Templates, How to Guides and Training support.


Objectives

  • Owners Mandate – Short to medium term expectations and commitments
  • Strategic Planning – Long term aspirations that may never change
  • Business Planning – Medium term intentions that are viewed Annually
  • Annual Planning – Short term outcomes that are reviewed Quarterly / Monthly
  • Financial Forecasting – Business Model; Medium Term (3 Year) Forecast; Annual Budget; Monitoring, Measurement & Reporting

The services will be delivered in-person one on one initially and then remotely as we develop the required outcomes


Outcomes


The business owner / business manager will learn how to: 

  • Understand the Planning process and the importance of following the inter-related steps
  • Complete the initial plans and how, and when, to update them as scheduled
  • Build a business model with financial and operational metrics that are critical to the business
  • Build a financial forecast that includes operating and capital budgets and supports the Business Model
  • Monitor the business metrics and how to respond to variations from plans


B) SALES & MARKETING PLANNING

The service we deliver is a comprehensive program to create a Sales & Marketing Plan with accompanying Forecasts. The Business Owners will receive Editable Templates, How to Guides and Training support.

  • Marketing Plan – Marketing Strategies and Communications Tactics
  • Sales Approach Plan – Sales Strategies and Sales System
  • Revenue Forecast – Revenue Forecast generated by Source
