• Opening Remarks: A warm welcome and introduction to set the stage for a productive session.
• Apologies: Acknowledgement of members unable to attend.
• Approval of Minutes: Review and ratify the minutes from the previous AGM.
• Matters Arising: Discuss and address any outstanding issues from the last meeting.
• Chair's Annual Report: Reflect on the year’s achievements and milestones under the Chair’s leadership.
• Executive Officers’s Annual Report: Insights into the Chamber's performance and strategic direction from our new Executive Officer
• Financial Statements: Presentation and examination of the financial reports for the fiscal year 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025.
• Election of Officers: Announcement of the newly appointed Chamber officials.
• General Business: Business of which notice has been given.
• Closure: Concluding remarks and adjournment of the meeting.

Board Nominations

There are up to five (5) vacant positions available this year, and we are seeking engaged, forward-thinking members who bring skills and experience aligned with the Chamber’s core pillars:

We encourage you to consider nominating an eligible member who is passionate about supporting Marlborough’s business community and contributing to the strategic direction of the Chamber.
