AGM Agenda:

• Opening Remarks: A warm welcome and introduction to set the stage for a productive session.
• Apologies: Acknowledgement of members unable to attend.
• Approval of Minutes: Review and ratify the minutes from the previous AGM held on Thursday, 3rd November 2022.
• Matters Arising: Discuss and address any outstanding issues from the last meeting.
• Chair's Annual Report: Reflect on the year’s achievements and milestones under the Chair’s leadership.
• Chief Executive’s Annual Report: Insights into the Chamber's performance and strategic direction from our CEO.
• Financial Statements: Presentation and examination of the financial reports for the fiscal year 1 July 2022 – 30 June 2023.
• Election of Officers: Announcement of the newly appointed Chamber officials.
• General Business: An open forum for members to propose discussions on other business matters.
• Closure: Concluding remarks and adjournment of the meeting.
