Rowan and Donna Lee have proudly owned Peter Ray Homes Marlborough since 2006. A truly local, family-owned business, all three of their children have worked in the company at some point, making it a genuine family affair.

While Peter Ray Homes is part of a group housing company, Rowan and Donna believe every home should be your home, finished your way. Clients can choose their own designs and fittings, all while benefiting from the group’s collective buying power.

Although they offer standard plans, most of their projects are design-and-build, and over the years, they’ve built or renovated hundreds of homes across Marlborough. Peter Ray Homes does it all: Very small builds to large lifestyle builds (including those with recording studios, lifts, and duplex layouts). Many of their homes have gone on to win Master Builder Awards.
