Wednesday, 31 May 2023 (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM) (NZST)
Description
TELL ME THE GOOD NEWS
We’re drowning in negative information. From breaking news to social media, we're often bombarded with negative, anxiety-inducing content.
This is a major challenge for businesses, because it greatly affects staff wellbeing and morale. How do we choose what to read and watch?
How do we stay informed – without being overwhelmed? How do we process news that makes us distressed?
Jehan Casinader is an award-winning journalist, who has also openly shared his own struggle with depression and suicidality.
In this special event, Jehan will offer a unique "insider's view" on how the media works.
He’ll explain how we can help our people to take back control – and find the good news.
