Join Liz from Practics for a six month core management skills course, with support and accountability in a group setting to help implement your learnings.

You’ll come away with practical tools that you will be able to start working with right away. Includes how to have those hard conversations, make informed decisions to prioritise your effort, and track your success, time management, prioritisation skills and LEAN principles. 

This six month course kicks off with a half day workshop on Tuesday 15th March 9am-1pm and is followed up by 1.5hour fortnightly session (Tuesday 9-10.30am).
