New or moving into a leadership role or looking for some personal development and support in your current role? 

Join Liz Webb from Practics for a six month core management skills course, with support and accountability in a group setting to help implement your learnings.

You’ll come away with practical tools that you will be able to start working with right away. Includes how to have those hard conversations, make informed decisions to prioritise your effort, and track your success, time management, prioritisation skills and LEAN principles. 

This six month course kicks off with a HALF DAY workshop on Friday, 1st March from 9am-1pm and is followed up by 11 more 90min fortnightly sessions (Fridays 9-10.30am).

April: 12th, 26th

May: 10th, 24th

June: 7th, 21st

July: 5th, 19th

August: 2nd
