The Seismic Assessment Strategy Training is a presentation to help property owners understand the Earthquake Prone Building methodology as well as seismic assessments - Initial Seismic Assessments (ISA) and Detailed Seismic Assessments (DSA). 

We also cover a strategy that property portfolio owners use, which is a risk-based framework to prioritise the assessment and strengthening of buildings while also considering wider asset management needs. This training will support property owners in the management of building assets, cover how to manage and reduce risk, and your legal obligations as a building owner.
